- Dependability. PrimaLuna sells—worldwide, not just in the United States—and we have almost zero repairs. Service issues can make a line unprofitable very quickly. In our roughly three years, we simply haven’t experienced that problem.
- Resale Value. When people buy a PrimaLuna, they tend to keep them because they love the sound and performance. Therefore, the demand for used pieces and associated high resale value is unlike anything we’ve experienced in our industry. Simply put, it means the money you spend on a PrimaLuna is a sound investment t hat will maintain its value over time.
With the product firmly in place and explosive sales, we are now expanding our network of highly reputable, well-established dealers to serve select markets. These “partners” have agreed to maintain our factory-direct price to you, the customer. In turn, if you live within a dealer’s territory, you must buy from them.
